Membership types and minimum annual donations:
1. Individual/household membership: $30
2. Organizational membership: $100
3. A patron membership: $500
4. Publisher/international organization/denominational membership. Contact jonathan@communitysupportedart.com for more info.

How it works:
1. Fill out the membership form and send payment online or by mail.
2. You will receive an email with a user name and password four times a year when a delivery of songs is ready.
3. Follow the link to the CSM site and log in on the "Sign In" page.
4. Download the files to your computer, listen, read and enjoy.
5. Send Jonathan feedback if you like.
